The Schooner House Inn And Tavern also have a few select apartments for rent. All of our apartments are located in circa 1780-1880 buildings located throughout Dover.

Many of our buildings have been recently renovated while retaining their charm. Fireplaces were rebuilt, complete with Dutch ovens. Hardwood and pine floors have been refinished and are accented with oriental style rugs. Beams, bricks and woodwork have been exposed and restored. Double French and sliding glass doors have been installed, leading to decks with waterfront views.

Unfurnished apartments begin at $750.00 per month, including heat and hot water*

Furnished apartments begin at $1495.00 per month and include all utilities**
