The Schooner House Inn is located at Dover Landing overlooking the Cocheco River. The Inn is housed in historic renovated buildings, with several of their unique features preserved. The suites each have a working fireplace, as well as exposed beams and wooden floors. They are, however; conveniently modern including all kitchen appliances, sleep sofas, TVs with VCR, and local phone service.

The Barn Tavern is located directly behind the Schooner House Inn, in what was once a work horse barn (despite it's carriage house appearance). Still visible today are the wrought iron hay feeders, and trap doors. It has been renovated though, and you'll find the Barn quite comfortable with a great view of the water.
